I really like this interview because it takes us a step closer to seeing how important the need TOMS Shoes is meeting really is.
TOMS Shoes is not a just another vendor trying to take part in a portion of the market, they’re a company who is about making a profit to help others. I love what TOMS Shoes stands for and the influence they’re creating.
It’s a beautiful thing to see people serving others.
It’s just as beautiful to see a man who is concerned with the needs of others and makes it his mission to create and be apart of something bigger then himself.
I got my first pair of TOMS last week. If you haven’t already, be apart of helping others. They have a ton of styles and it seems that they keep adding to their selection! Help someone by giving them a better TOMorrow. :)

I got to hangout with my cousin this weekend and one night when we were out she stops at a gas station and picks up some Now and Laters. When I saw them I felt like I was 10, it’s the ultimate throwback candy. She and I use to always go to the corner store in Connecticut and fill up a brown bag with the best candy including Now and Laters. Its the only candy thats not chocolate that can get me excited lol
Cherry’s the best, hands down. ;)

On the 12th I helped at an art opening titled Soliloquies for Makoto Fujimura at The Dillon Gallery. The Exhibition is up until Decemeber 24th, so if you’re in the city you should make a point to pass by!
If you haven’t heard of Makoto Fujimura and what he’s doing through his art and organization the International Art Movement (IAM) then you should check it out for yourself :)

My 7am flight from NYC to Orlando provided the most beautiful view.
I’ve had early morning flights before but for some reason this particular morning it felt like another world. Going from the view of concrete and buildings up 10,000 feet to a valley of sun kissed clouds left me starring out my window in awe of God and His creativity. :)
Too bad the pictures do the view no justice!

This summer there was a ridiculous amount of rain in the city thus causing me to stay in and get in touch with my creative side. I can’t wait to make more, playing “arts and crafts” is always fun :)
Both black and white printed photos I painted and placed on a canvas and notebook.
